force_gen_ref_dist in computeInfoVal2IFC does not force generation of the reference distribution

Hi, computeInfoVal2IFC doesn't force the reference distribution computation when force_gen_ref_dist = TRUE. It looks like the logic for that in computeInfoVal2IFC is missing?

I would need to look into this, it’s been a long time when we looked at that code. If you want, feel free to fork and create a pull request with the logic.
