Bug: Handle sc pull bad permissions error #9

Problem/Opportunity
In sc branching pull if the pull fails (repo sync) the error message is large and bad. Should be handled better with a nicer error message.
Steps to reproduce

Expected Behavior
Nice error message e.g: "Pull failed due to repo sync failure: Auth failed for x project"
Actual Behavior
Traceback and many lines of unrelated error message compared to what the actual error is.
