Feature: SC docker should mount coverity install directory #17

Problem/Opportunity
SC docker should support mounting coverity in the same way it mounts codesonar. Coverity is symbolically linked to /opt/coverity
Codesonar can optionally be removed.
Proposed Solution
Mount /opt/coverity into the dockers if arg is supplied.
