jsonrpsee upgrade #273
Description
The version of the jsonrpsee crate we are currently using is 0.9.0 and was released in Feb 2022. We should look to upgrade to the latest 0.20.1 release. There are quite a few breaking changes between the two versions though so we will need to perform some refactoring to complete the integration.
