Format RGB matrix layout

Currently, I use the colours near where the [unassigned] key I want to change is to add a colour to my RGB matrix.

It would be neat if this could format that table to match the layout.

Is ledmap a standard that's documented somewhere? I'm not seeing it used anywhere in qmk_firmware, or in the docs. It would be cool to format it like a layout, but I'm not sure how to identify it across keyboard configs.
