Add title command line argument

Traditional flag for that is -T, though -t and --title are often used as well nowadays. Should set the window title, and not change it afterwards.

Nice to have would also be something like --title-prefix, prefixing the generated and changing title with a fixed string - which is something I don't think other terminals currently have.
