How to solve FileNotFoundError

Hi,

I have a problem reading IDF file by pyidf. While I am running this code:

from pyidf import ValidationLevel
import pyidf

pyidf.validation_level = ValidationLevel.no

import logging
from pyidf.idf import IDF

logging.info("start")
idf = IDF(r"C:/EnergyPlusV23-2-0/ExampleFiles/BasicsFiles/Exercise1A.idf")

It shows me that:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:/EnergyPlusV23-2-0/ExampleFiles/BasicsFiles/Exercise1A.idf'

But this is the exact address to my idf file which I copy pasted. Do you know what could be the reason behind not finding this?
