Sources like https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/blob/gh-pages/sources/oceania/au/act/ACTmapi-Imagery201906.geojson?short_path=ce048d7 use an ESRI ImageServer endpoint, this is not actually a WMS service hence may not behave exactly to the WMS spec.

We enter it as a WMS source because you need to supply an image width height and bbox just like WMS.

Currently, it is tested against the following parameters:
required_parameters = ['f', 'bbox', 'size', 'imageSR', 'bboxSR', 'format']

Unfortunately, https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/raster-image.htm does not list which parameters are required or optional.
