Cannot acquire lock when mounting multiple drives

This works well generally on testing with Ubuntu 18.04, but when starting an hdd cabinet of 5 drives, 2 failed to mount with "cannot acquire lock /var/run/usbmount/.mount.lock" errors.

This branch[link] from the original thread in the above comment seems to address the issue with no ill-effects - caveat, only quickly tested it.
