Preface:

This system is a win-win for gameplay. It rewards zombies for their work and adds an additional challenge to humans.

Starting:

We need a new tab in the F3 zombie class menu for demibosses. I will select certain current bosses to move to demiboss. This will be listed in the zombie class spreadsheet.

We need a "health-like" bar called the demiboss bar that starts at 0 (it begins as a black empty bar.) We can put a "demi boss-related" vector logo next to the bar so that it is understood what it is.

How it works:

As the zombie does barricade and/or human damage, the bar will begin to fill up. (The accumulated and actual full value is not yet determined.)

Once the zombie does a certain amount of damage to barricades and/or humans the bar completes and allows the player to press "f2" to spawn as a selected demiboss. (The demiboss bar flashes with this instruction.) This suicides the zombie and immediately spawns them as their selected demiboss.

Once the bar is used, it returns to being empty again. This happens AS the player becomes the demiboss. (Meaning demibosses can fill up the demiboss bar in-preparation for being demiboss again after dying.)

Zombies that perform consistently and well are often rewarded with demiboss at lea
