Try to decrese the size of runner binary

As of v0.4.0, binary size of the runner has increased to ~3.6 MB (from former ~2 MB).

This is due to added complexity.

Reducing the binary size should be solved by carefully removing unneeded parts.

Decrease in size is not so easy to achive...

Problem

Main problem is that PyCrucible now has ability to download uv during runtime, which in turn results in added dependacies to the runner binary.

This in turn makes bigger binaries...

Solution 1

Shell out to curl instead of using rust dependacies.
This will decrease the final runner binary size, but it adds a dependancy on the target system to have curl available

Solution 2

Keep current implementation and ignore the increased binary size (not my personal favorite)
