Flipped underground belt in 16-16 balancer

The undeground belt in the top right of "16_16_balancer_yellow_Ytterby" is flipped.

Thanks for the bug report. There certainly is a reversed underground, however that is not one of the balancers in my collection (mine only has blue versions). It's from a collection published by /u/StormCrow_Merfolk. I do not know if he still maintains his collection, but I've forwarded this bug report to him.
