Installation loop or Incorrect password

Environment

- PHP: 8.3.6
- MySQL: 8.0.44-0ubuntu0.24.04.1

Current Behavior

When installing fluxcp, loops back to install page when pressing "Install or Update Everything" or providing mysql username and password and pressing update. No errors shown. All permission check were passed.

Expected Behavior

FluxCP will be installed

Steps To Reproduce

Close fluxcp
Do minimum config
Try to install

Anything else?

you can check if you are using https. because 'ForceHTTPS' is on by default
