FPS on IMX219 not functioning #45
Description
Using the following command: raspiraw -md 3 -t 2000 -e 7000 -g 1 --fps 4.0 --nopreview -sr 1 -o //mnt/ramdisk/out.%04d.raw
changing the --fps parameter does not effect the number of frames captured in my ramdisk
