Allow Multiple recipient sets

It would be nice if the user could specify different sets of recievers.
For example "newsletter" or "members"

# Send mail to all people of "newsletter" group
nele send newsletter mail.md

# Send mail to all peolple of "members" group
nele send members mail.md
```

If only one group is defined, the option this not required
