The response from https://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.0/seo-by-rank-math.json cannot. be cached if collation set on wp_options table is based on utf8mb3
Our server sends 2 request to check version within each incoming request an lost (0.7 seconds).

Please remove all utf8mb4 symbols from response. for example:
