Instant Indexing is not recognizing the Hebrew URL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Post with Hebrew text and link: חיפוש-משרות-בצפון
2. Navigate to Rank Math >> Instant Indexing and add the new Post URL in the URL field.
3. Click on Get Status checkbox
4. Check the Raw Response, the URL shows https://rankmath.wpgrammy.com/--/
