Write and distribute man page

I love my man pages, this is a must.

As far as I'm aware, `cargo install` is unable of handling external files, for good reasons. This means in order to distribute a man page, setting up an "official instalation method" separate from rust repos will be necessary. The repos should still work, but won't install the man page.
