Problem executing command on update-model-system

I'm using the task update-model-system with an isIndexable method. randomally, the task don't end with a Problem executing command error.

Any clue ?

I'm wondering if it's not because I have an isIndexable method on my model which permit to arraive on memory_limit without any doc to commit ?
