Problem with diacritics #5

Hello,
I'm trying to save some mailboxes, but stumbled over a problem with an IMAP account that was accessed with the french version of Outlook.
Outlook creates folders with accented characters, like Éléments envoyés, which prevent correct access to the folder :

Is there anything I can try to get it working (I don't know Python) ?
Running on Debian 11, Python 2.7.18
