Top glass bar oversight

Describe the bug
When visiting an app page, scrolling slowly will make UI elements disappear suddenly from behind the top glass bar

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any app's page
2. Scroll slowly until the app icon is fully behind the top bar
3. Watch the icon un-render suddenly

• Device: Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
• OS: Android 16 QPR3 Beta 2 [16 (CP11.251209.007.A1)], but the issue persists on stable versions of Android.
