grafana 7 plugin signing issues #238
Description
As per grafana/grafana#24075, the newly released grafana 7 enforces that plugins should be signed. Currently they only enforce this on back end plugins, but I think we should handle the issue to be prepared for the future where they will enforce the signature on all plugins.
