add native parser parsing process to the extension

at the moment only dotrain native errors and parsing isbeing applied to documents, while native parser is out of scope.
but it should be possible to read the deployer details and entrypoints from frontmatter and run the native parser with them on an evm fork and show the results on the problem panel and optionaly to be able to get the `ExpressionConfig`
