error while running newrelic_logwatcher_agent.rb file in windows

Hi,
I am using Logwatcher Plugin for logs for my application.when i am running it on linux it is working fine but when i am running the same on windows it is giving error while running newrelic_logwatcher_agent.rb file.

Error i am getting is:-
