All reports will be reviewed promptly, fairly, and confidentially. Community leaders will respect the privacy and safety of reporters at all times.
The following guidelines outline how community leaders will handle violations.
Community Impact: Minor inappropriate behavior or first-time offense.
Consequence: Private written warning explaining what went wrong and how to improve. A public apology may be requested.
Community Impact: Repeated violations or more serious behavior.
Consequence: Formal warning with clear consequences for continued behavior. Avoiding interaction with affected parties may be required.
Community Impact: Serious or repeated violations.
Consequence: Temporary ban from participation in all community spaces. Any attempt to circumvent the ban may result in escalation.
Community Impact: Pattern of sustained inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination.
Consequence: Permanent ban from all community participation.
