Questions about the METIS operation

Thank you for the great work.
I am wondering how to achieve the METIS operation and the amount of the graph nodes.
I tried pymetis and METIS. But both failed when I tried to partition a graph of 100K nodes. (core dumped)

For non classification datasets, we had only used ranks from p:p+m. This had worked for us.
For classification datasets, since the graph is dense, we had to partition it into smaller random partitions of 20k each.
