How do we rate what content is safe for what age? What are the factors contributing to it?
It would be good to come up with a list of factors that are research-backed, so that we can later on codify these criterion for our solution features.
Common Sense Media, a 20 year old non-profit based in the US for kids cyber safety, has age ratings for various form of media. They do not exactly release criteria on how they determine this, but some information can be inferred from their site.
There are also various regulations in different countries:

We will need to do extensive research into this to determine our criteria that we can best start off with.
