[Bug] TBC Crit Rating is providing Spell Crit Chance

### Describe the bug

Crit Rating is incorrectly affecting both melee/ranged and spell crit in the TBC version. This is not how it works until WotLK.

Odds are, the same issue is probably happening with Hit and Haste, so maybe check those?
