Problem with running "make run"

I am trying to exec
make run
But getting this error:

I think this probably was caused by the ext4 root file system. I'm able to use it on my x86 btrfs root file system:

You can just use make deb and install the generated package. Though rsetup may not be compatible with Armbian.

I'm sorry to hear that the package may not be compatible. May I know how I can switch otg to peripheral mode without configuration utility?

You will load an overlay, which may not exist on Armbian.
