WebRequest.AddParameter not parsing through list of values

Expected Behavior

add a parameter for each item of the list

Actual Behavior

repeats that first item of the list any number of time instead of going through the list

Specifications

- Dynamo : 2.2.1.5175
- Operating system : Win 10 Pro
