Doesn't work with PHP 7.2 and up

[Mcrypt was removed](https://www.php.net/manual/en/intro.mcrypt.php) from PHP, causing `phpvnc.php` to crash.

Also, pcntl doesn't work on web servers, causing `jsonstream.php` to crash.
