Description
Ability for a timer to be set and reset on a given interval (24hr, 8hr, hourly, etc).
AKA: Monitor a server reset daily at 00:00 GMT, the timer should countdown to the reset, ping at reset, then start countdown to the next one (24 hour cycle).
