Improve demo fixture script for Comp Eng instance #798
Description
Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-798.
I've done an editing pass over the radgrad-comp-eng.design instance, which involved:
- Deleting and renaming several career goals.
- Revising the text associated with many career goals, interests, and opportunities.
- Fixing dora, dora1, dora2, and dora3 to have three career goals (and removing the software security engineer career goal, which no longer exists).
At some point, we will need to redo the script to generate the comp-eng instance so that the Dora(s) have the correct number and type of career goals (currently AI/Machine Learning Engineer, Hardware Engineer, and Security Engineer).
