Alert Bar missing inline link styles

I'd like to know what color inline links should be in the AlertBar component for each status type. docs - toolkit docs. I don't think a CTA action is always the only action in an alert like this. Sometimes an inline contextual link is more useful. Also, is there any reason the component is called Alert Bar vs Alert? This could lead to weird references between the docs sites.
