Create a proper `/index.html` landing page for robertl.in

Right now I am just redirecting to `/xna`. (This messes up the link preview card too.) Build a proper landing page for `robertl.in`. Also, fix all the `link preview cards` so they look nice. (Needed when I link robertl.in urls in various messaging platforms, to show a good preview card.)
