Feature Request: toLatex() for sessioninfo::session_info()

session_info() has nice additions to the base sessionInfo() but at the moment, using sessioninfo::session_info() with an Rmarkdown or Quarto pdf output will result in output running off the page. See here: https://community.rstudio.com/t/wrap-output-of-sessioninfo-session-info-or-sessioninfo-in-rmarkdown-pdf/160821/6. sessionInfo() has a toLatex() method which resolves this issue.

Would it be possible to add a toLatex() method for sessioninfo::session_info()?
