[Feature Request] Option to Anonymize?

Hi,

Thank you for the package.

The current `sessioninfo::session_info()` function can sometimes list personal information like the username in a home directory, the timezone and more. So, I am hoping to request an argument to anonymize or censor the `session_info()` output in particular ways?
