Issue on Building R package

Hi there. I am updating my R package "bibs" for to upload at CRAN. The CRAN teams' auto-check service gives me the following WARNING and NOTE. Any help is appreciated.

The bibs.Rproj file should be listed (or matched by a pattern in) your .Rbuildignore file:
