When you open the program and select the files common.rpak and root_lgnd_skins.rpak, it closes without showing any message.

I have already heard about this tool and I have tried to use it but I am not able to export the models and load them in blender. I need a step by step tutorial so I can load the models into Blender

Have you successfully loaded the model into Blender, I don't know how to use RSC at all.
