Exists nonraid disks with data and big misstatk

I tried a few things with nonraid and apparently destroyed the auto mount and start during an upgrade.
I have 1 parity and a data disk, and I also backed up the superblock.
I would like to reinstall nonraid from scratch and integrate my existing disks.
What is the best way to do this?

You should be able to simply uninstall nonraid-dkms and nonraid-tools packages, and then reinstall them. Removal does not touch the superblock file, nor the disks in any way.

The nonraid systemd service which handles auto start and mount uses /etc/default/nonraid as a configuration, so depending on what broke, you might also want to check that file (or remove it and let reinstall replace it). You can also check the systemd service status with systemctl status nonraid.service (it basically just calls nmdctl during boot plus does the "unclean shutdown" check).

But once the packages and configuration file are installed again, as long as the superblock file is in root directory as /nonraid.dat, nmdctl status should show the correct disks.
