It's clear that if frames are removed, the indexes used in the duplication steps must take into account the total amount of removed frames. But I'm not quite sure if, in case of multiple duplication stepss, duplication step n. 2 should take into account the number of copies created by step n. 1. Duplications are done one at a time, in reversed
offsetorder.So the furthest frames are always duplicated first, thus not impacting the other ranges as long as they don't overlap.
