Publish extension on Open VSX Registry #16
Description
Currently, this extension is only available through the Visual Studio Marketplace. It would be very helpful if the extension could also be published to the Open VSX Registry, which is used by alternative editors such as VSCodium and other open-source IDEs.
Why is this important?
- Users of VSCodium and other VS Code alternatives cannot easily install the extension without access to the official Microsoft Marketplace.
- Publishing on Open VSX broadens the audience and increases adoption of the extension.
- It improves accessibility for developers who prefer or are required to use fully open-source tools.
