Add missing opcodes

SMB uses opcode 0x93 when Mario collides with a mushroom, and since this instruction is not yet implemented, the emulator crashes. The opcode is described here:

I had originally created this issue because I had encountered a problem running Super Mario Bros. where the emulator encountered the opcode mentioned above. However, this was a misdiagnosis; the problem actually was that there was a bug in getAbsoluteAddress() for .relative addressing mode, which resulted in the game misinterpreting data as code. Nonetheless, there are opcode that are not yet implemented and may need to to support other games, and so this issue will remain open by low priority.
