Quark Interpreter for zeppelin.

Build Quark group of Interpreters for zeppelin that can do following things:

1. Run query directly against the Spark cluster.
2. Run DDL statements through zeppelin paragraphs.

Is this task still required since Zeppelin can support Quark through JDBC interpreter ?
