typst callouts often have a tall heading or "blank line" in heading

I haven't found the pattern - some callouts have this problem and some don't.

Visually it looks like there is a CR/LF in there. 🤣

EDIT: Claude immediately figured out it is an empty figure caption on cross-referenced callouts. Makes sense!
