Add in function to calculate internal AOH

Calculating change in AOH within the project:
External AOH - Internal AOH + one of AOH baseline/treatment/ counterfactual

Describe the solution you'd like
Calculate AOH within project site. Sum up within the intersecting region between species range map and site polygon

Inputs: Project polygon, RangeMap, (and all the things needed to make AOH model)
Outputs: AOH for species within project polygon (number)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Only calculate External AOH (AOH outside of the project area). Although probably quicker it's good to have the AOH for context?
