Missing .mpss-metadata file

Executing make or make MIC_CARD_ARCH=k1om failed due to missing .mpss-metadata file in the root directory. You can see it was used at Line 34 of the Makefile

You have to use the correct branch (mpss-3.8.6) and the file will appear.
