HAWQS - Project Submit

Create new endpoint POST /hawqs/project/submit which will relay an input json from the post body to submit to the HAWQS REST API endpoint. Response should be the url and id provided in the response from the HAWQS endpoint.

New HAWQS project/class should be created under the solution for all logic and processing of data related to HAWQS endpoints.
