See if we can include SHA1 hash in Aeromancy artifact URLs

Take the case of when external artifact provider goes offline -- Aeromancy artifact URLs pointing to this will be mostly useless since they include a meaningless S3 version ID.

Including a SHA1 sum too in the Aeromancy URL would give these URLs some portability in case someone had mirrored the original artifact provider.
