Counter Trade Offer

Allow for user to counter a trade offer.

- [ ] `Counter` button on Trade Offer which fills `trades.currentTrade` with the offer being viewed.
- [ ] Set `pick.counters` to the id of the offer being countered so we can visualise the chain later on.
